Dr. Moazzam Saeed
completed his pediatric residency at Cook County Children's Hospital Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Saeed worked for Community HealthCare Quad Cities, Illinois/Iowa for 7 years. During this time, he was also actively involved in teaching medical students and residents from University of Iowa and Des Moines Osteopathic Medical University. After getting married and having two children, he decided to move back to Chicagoland. He worked as Pediatric hospitalist for St. Alexius Hospital in Hoffman Estate. Concurrently, he started his own private practice. He got board certified by American Board of Pediatrics in 1997 and 2004. He is currently licensed in the State of Illinois.
Dr. Maria Christine Bayang
completed her pediatric residency at Cook County Children's Hospital Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Bayang worked for three years in Mid-Michigan Regional center as House Staff Physician - Pediatrics. After gaining solid experience from these institutions, Dr. Bayang joined Drs. Saeed and Longi in setting up Advanced Pediatric Care, Ltd. Dr. Bayang speaks fluent English and Tagalog and basic medical Spanish. Previous affiliations: Community Health Care - Rock Island, Illinois
Dr. Muhammed N. Longi
is double certified as an Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, he has been in practice for more than 20 years. He is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital and St. James Hospital.
Caroline Zee, APN, CPNP
completed her Bachelor's degree at the University of Washington in Seattle. After moving back to Chicago she worked for 2 years at Northwestern University in the Department of Preventive Medicine research lab. Soon she realized that her passion was in patient care and not in research. She went back to school to obtain her nursing license at the University of Illinois through their Graduate Entry Program. While working on her Master's degree, she worked as a school nurse and a staff nurse at the Highland Park Hospital in both pediatric and adult care. She received her Master's degree at the University of Illinois and became a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2015 and shortly after joined the team at Advanced Pediatrics.
Sarah Rajki APN,CPNP
was born and raised in Michigan and relocated to the Chicago land after completing her Bachelor's degree in Nursing at Valparaiso University. She worked as a nurse in the pediatric intensive care unit for 8 years at Lurie Children Hospital in Chicago. She obtained her Master's degree at the University of Illinois and became a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2012. She worked as a nurse practitioner in the cardiology division at Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago for 3 years prior to joining the team at Advanced Pediatrics in May 2016.
